I am currently implementing Circles with Solidity on top of Ethereum.
I hope I can publish a first version within the next two weeks. The big advantage of ethereum is that this would mean at the same time that the system could get started.
Finally the first commit.
It it really just a first few lines of code yet that capture some implementation ideas. It does not yet include all the rules. In addition for example the token standard should be implemented.
